Especially important if the product is being used in a critical business application: You have the option to choose one of two ON-site service packet options up to 4 weeks after purchasing an EPSON POS system.  Both options run for 3 years and include trouble- shooting or the immediate replacement of faulty components. Travel costs, working hours and spare parts are included in the price of the service packet, which can be obtained from your dealer/distributor.
