Below you can see a sample calculation of running costs for receipt printing. It is based on a volume of 6 and 30 kilometres per year and printer. (= 100 or 500 receipts of 20 cm on 300 days per year) The different factor of cost is the paper price, which is significantly higher if the consuption is lower.
