Manufacture of precision bulbs
The equipment removes highly-sensitive glass flasks from a workpiece carrier and places them in a circular cycle table. The main requirement on the system was to keep to a very tight cycle time despite high-position positioning.
The equipment is fitted with an Epson E2S651 Scara Roboter on a PC-based control system.
